Books: If unsatisfied, you may return within 30 days for a refund in perfect condition. No refunds after 30 days. Customer will be refunded the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling costs.

CDs/Videos/Audios: 100% Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If any CD, DVD or audio becomes damaged for any reason, return for a free replacement!

Like any other CD/DVD retailer, we are aware of the prevalent problem of media piracy. In order to protect our copyrighted materials, no CDs, DVDs or videos may not be returned for a refund for content purposes. No exceptions can be made.

If a return for a valid reason is requested (the wrong program sent, the program was damaged when received, the incorrect quantity of an item), then a return authorization must be issued before shipping the item back for a replacement. You can request a return authorization by contacting us here or by phone at 952-443-5049. You will be given a return authorization number and instructions for returning your package. Refund for the purchase price of the item, less any shipping and handling costs.

There will be no returns allowed for CD or DVD programs purchased at a discount of greater than 35% for any reason.

There will be no exchanges or returns on CDs, DVDs or Videos for any reason other than damage as listed above, after 30 days. No exceptions. 

Seminars/Events/E-Courses: There are no refunds for Influence: Boot Camp Event, Science of Affluence, Online Courses, Inner Circle or Personal Consultations. All transactions are final.

All E-courses require a non-refundable deposit of at least $255.00 . If not satisfied with the E-Course by midnight of the 2nd day from the purchase date, a refund will be applied less the deposit. All materials (if applicable) need to be returned to:
