a) Scrabble

b) ANYTHING related to the word.

So let's say you unscrambled "YOUTH."

You left the room to go to the kitchen.

Someone else unscrambled, "ELDERLY"

They left the room to go to the kitchen.

Neither you or the other person has a clue I'm watching.

You will move more quickly and have greater range of motion than will the person who unscrambled "elderly."

Make sense?

Now, INTELLIGENCE is required in thinking about how you apply these powerful persuaders. If you mention you are doing an experiment, it can still work. But you have to be like all experimenters and not quite tell the have to tell them that you are simply testing to see how fast it takes people to unscramble words, or something equally as believable for the context.

The unscramble strategy is an experienced visual event that when done correctly, with singular words or a single word, the behavior that ensues is powerful. Obviously this is just one of dozens of ways to do EV.

Doing all of this subliminally on a computer screen causes similar results.
